This is another example of an entitled snowflake that has no respect for other peoples things... If you have never been to my facility: We are 1/2 Gymnastics training space, 1/2 Trampoline Park. It's a longer story as to why and I ramble enough as is. We have a sign I 2 spots by the Gymnastics training space that says "Crying Children must leave the building" it then explains "we know kids are going to have bad days, and we understand they may not know how to better express themselves, but taking them outside to calm down will allow them to get it together without distracting or endangering the other children and students" You may not be a gymnastics coach... Loud screaming is a distraction to an athlete walking on a 4.5" surface 3' off the ground. It's a distraction to anyone period, cause let's face it no one like listening to a screaming child, even their parents. Before anyone gets too judgy, yes I am a parent of 3 boys, and I have coached children for 30yrs. It's safe to assume I know kids, and parents pretty well, even though they morph behaviors every so often. If you're going to overreact to this sign on part of what it says, then you are just outing yourself as the ignorant moron I believe you to be.
Getting back to her accusations, she wants to make it something about how a breastfeeding mom was excluded from something, but 2 big signs on the outside of our building before you walk in, and one statement if you come in acting like the signs don't apply to you. NO Outside Food Or Beverage! What is misleading about that statement... nothing! We are not a movie theater overcharging for snacks (our drinks and snacks are quite reasonably priced, in-fact we are told we should raise our costs), we are not an airplane that sell alcohol in flight. We are a trampoline park (kids place) & Gymnastics facility... KIDS PLACE substances legal or no are not permitted because we work with kids! The downside of everyone one and their Stanleys or whatever trending water vessel you overpaid for is... any substance can go in that vessel. YES, people have brought alcohol in a water bottle into our facility!
I don't care what kind of parent you are, or you think you are. I am not willing to compromise our staff, students, guest or my business because you think you can handle whatever drug you use on a daily. You whether you feel entitled or not are not an exception to the rules of my facility. you want some water, buy a bottle, you want a snack, buy one we sell everything you're not allowed to bring in because if you open it in here, I know its not spiked with anything that shouldn't be around children.
The water bottle is the reason she left her review, she came, she fussed, she didn't get her way so she left a pissy review about whatever she could think of. We have 1 bathroom that has ceiling leak, so we have to work on it often. the other 2 are quite nice, and sorry if I walk into a place that is truly Rundown, Dirty and Dingy i wouldn't let my kids stay... would you?
