As always when people complain they lie. This couple showed up and left 2 puppies in their trucks on a sunny day!!! It wasn't cloudy until the evening & they joined us in the afternoon! Anyone who has real service pets knows they are not given as puppies. Purchased drinks are brand name and are $2.50 for 16oz bottles. Beverages provided to parties free of cost are Sam's cola & twist up, and we like them because it has a nice flavor between the taste of Coke & Pepsi. No one has ever complained until your entitled @ss. Kids cry when they leave our facility when it's time to go home, why? Because they don't want to leave, but if you really read the sign you’re commenting about, you would know that it applies to our class days, and the reason crying children should leave is because it's a distraction & safety hazard to the rest of the training kids in the facility. On class days that's 300 children. Your husband got a dirty look in the parking lot because he was 3 feet away from the wall, the other truck parked properly. We are aware parking is a struggle for people who drive trucks and staying in a space can be a challenge. Maybe next time leave the little pets at home since their safety does not really matter to you, get a smaller vehicle and park properly. Thanks for your opinion, I welcome you to drive over an hour away to some of the other trampoline places and pay more for admission, more for drinks and where you can display your attitude with those places cause the owners are never there. Next time I see you & your vehicle out & about with pets left in the car I will just do as I should have done yesterday and call the police.
